About the Authors
Henry (TJ) Uribe
I grew up in a small town in Arizona and I became a Christian in my teenage years. This is a decision that forever changed my life; I have never regretted it. I was a competitive athlete during my high school years. My high school achievements include: All state Track and Cross-Country Runner, 3-Time Region and 3-Time Arizona State Champion Wrestler.
I joined the United States Army at the age of eighteen and am currently a First Sergeant. My Military accomplishments include: Combat Infantryman, Expert Infantryman, Airborne Ranger Qualified, Sniper Qualified, Air Assault Qualified, US Army Drill Sergeant, Member of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club. I have been on multiple deployments to many areas around the world and have traveled much of the United States
My personal growth journey began in my late twenties. The biggest surprise in my life is discovering how much people can grow in their lives. I am committed to helping and serving others. I want to teach and share what I have learned to benefit people’s lives. I have many hobbies and a solid work ethic. My goal as an author is to help others on their journey in developing any area they seek to develop. It is an absolute pleasure to share the techniques and methods that I learned with others.

Christopher Wanamaker
I have made it a point in my life to never stop learning new things. I enjoy reading, writing, and creating new things with both my hands and my mind. From an early age I realized the importance of acquiring knowledge and seeking ways to always improve myself. My forte has been in the subjects of mathematics, science, and technology which led me to choose a career in engineering.
Enrolling in engineering school and experiencing the challenges of the program sparked a drive to succeed and push myself beyond what I thought was possible. Years later, after starting a family, I went back to school to earn a graduate degree in engineering while also maintaining employment as a Civil Engineer. During these educational endeavors, I developed a second passion for writing.
This surprising new passion has led me to write on many platforms and formats allowing me to share the knowledge that I have acquired with everyone around the world. My goal as an author at Build Grow Lead is to present a variety of information and techniques that I have learned to improve your life and the lives of those around you.
